What is the cost of shipping for India Delivery?
All our shipments within India are free.
What are the payment options?
USA & ROW (rest of world ) SHIPPING- We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfer and check as well from USA bank accounts. All Credit/debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express,Discover, JCB, Diner's Club and EnRoute are processed via Paypal.
INDIA SHIPPING- We accept India issued Debit/Credit cards and bank transfer via RTGS/NEFT/IMPS from Indian bank accounts.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on products shipped within India only up to 1 week from the date of delivery. All returns are finalized after verifying product condition. Refunds will be issued in the same mode of payment in 5-7 working days upon acceptance.
What is the cost of shipping for USA Delivery and Rest Of World ?
It's FREE for orders above $1500 across USA & ROW. For orders below $1500 we charge $50-$100 shipping cost depending upon location.
Are the shipments Insured and secured?
Yes, all our shipments are securely packed and insured.
Can I do video call to see the jewellery live?
Absolutely, we can schedule a video call and show the products available in stock. Please check with our customer support team for an available slot and book your appointment.
Is the jewellery certified?
Yes, each product is certified by BIS( Bureau of Indian Standards) with a Hallmark. Most of our jewellery is made in 22Kt gold except for few which are made with 18Kt gold and are certified accordingly. We can assure you that we offer the risk free guarantee without any complaints.

What is your Buyback Policy?
We have a life long buyback for all products. Products should be returned to our store in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India to avail this facility.
Do you accept customized orders?
Yes, we do accept customized orders. Please email your design along with your Name and contact number to porwalpalace@yahoo.com or Whatsapp us 9703517108 / 7013593108 to get a personalized quote. The final value might vary upon manufacturing as per actuals like gold weight, stone weight etc.
Returns policy is not valid on customized orders.
What mode of shipping do you use to mail orders within India?
All our shipments mailed using high value logistics experts such as BLUEDART or DTDC. All our shipments are securely packed and insured until they reach your address.
